Bought this set for my 3 & 4 year old about 10 months ago. They love them and sometimes the noise cancelling is too good ?. But after 10 months my daughter’s set decided to stop holding a charge, she could continue to use them with the provided cord but since she is 3 she really hated using the cord. I immediately reached out to customer service just to see if they were still under warranty. I really wasn’t expecting them to be and figured we would have to just buy another pair. I’m so glad I reached out! They responded within 24 hours and asked which pair and my shipping address. I responded and within hours they sent me a tracking number for a replacement pair. Received within the next two days and new pair works perfect and my 3 year old is super happy! A couple days after being received customer service emailed me back to follow up. Very happy with the customer service and product we received! ❤️These are working great for my kids. They’re super easy to pair with the device. However, the power button on my son’s headset stopped working after 2 months, it got loose. I emailed the company and they promptly sent me a new one free of charge. I really appreciate the good customer service they provided. I’m hoping these will keep holding up!These headphones have worked great for my son and daughter. My only complaint is that there are no instructions on how to get the headphones back in pairing mode after the first time you turn them on. I have written customer support with no help (I think bc I ordered them on Amazon and not directly through their site.) I’d like to pair the headphones w my husbands iPad and have searched the internet, looked through the instruction manual, and nowhere can I find that it tells you how to put them back in to pairing mode!My kiddo has only used this for one roadtrip so far but they worked great!This is a great headphone for kids. I like that they do not have to be glue to their device by a string. The only issue was I have two boys so I ordered blue and red to eliminate confusion however,I got two blue. So maybe better job on making sure the customer selection is correct. This however, does not impact the quality, flexibility , and convenience of the headphones.The headphones work well. Sound quality is ok, and the battery life is quite good.However, the power/bluetooth pairing button broke after less than two months.Would really like to give them 5 stars, but them breaking after two months, gets you a one star!8-23-22 An update. The company reached out and offered to send a free replacement for the broken headphones. based on this, I am going to give them four stars. We have several pairs of these headphones, and have never had an issue with any of them until recently. In reading the reviews, it appears that they may have gotten a bad batch with regards to the buttons.It’s a cute little headphone. I bought it for my little brother. The sound quality is good and it comes with a charger cord but no charger head it also comes with a manual I have not been able to test out the voice control so I have no comments on that but it’s a 4 ⭐️ for meLiked the fact that both could play without disturbing the other.mic only seemed to work once. tried with all devices charged not charged Bluetooth etc and will not work at all. basically, only does the sound so not ideal considering i bought it for a gaming headset for our holiday. never worked and my son had to use my headphones. no option to exchange for non-faulty ones. very disappointed.I bought this headset as a Christmas present for my grandson so he can communicate with his friends on his ps4 but the microphone didn't work. And its says its compatible with ps4.UPDATE: After seeing this review, customer service reached out to me and offered to send out a new pair or refund us. We chose to receive the replacement set and it arrived within 1 week. They were very pleasant to deal with and we were very impressed. This is a great example of how all customer service should be!The lights don’t work on ours!!!! Pretty disappointed as this was supposed to be a cool feature to get my son to wear themMy 8year old son likes it. It fits nicely on him and he doesn’t have to untangle himself with the cable since it’s wireless. There’s an aux cable included but we haven’t had to use it since the headphones can last many hours of play back and we just charge it overnight when needed.It would have been nice if a case or bag was included. The ear cups fold in, though those metal clips fold outwards in opposition so they stick out making it not as compact as it could be and get caught in things when sliding them into your child’s backpack. For this reason we put them into a separate cloth bag before sliding that bag into his backpack to prevent the metal frame parts from catching into other items.Have not tested the sound quality or noise isolation yet so can’t comment on that.Edit 29/07/2021: Downgraded from 4 star to 2 star because the Multi-Function on/off button no longer works. I can't press the button as it is permanently stuck at the in/down position so I cannot use the Bluetooth function nor the lights etc without that button and I also cannot use the volume buttons either since it won't turn on.It seems that I can only use the included AUX cable connection and must control the volume from my iPad. This completely defeats the purpose of having wireless headphones.My son has only used it 3 times under close supervision since my first review at the beginning of July, so I'm not impressed with the quality of the buttons. The on/off button is one of the most used buttons so I expected it to last much longer than just a handful of uses.I'm the one that turned it on and off for him each time as he has delayed fine/gross motor skills so he cannot press down the buttons himself, so I know that he has not abused the buttons plus he's too focussed on the iPad games to care about the headphone button. It's pretty much useless now as my sensor adverse son hates having cables dangling on him so he refuses to use it anymore.I've asked Amazon to allow me to return the item for a full refund since I can't contact the store owner via the order page anymore probably due to it being over 30 days.The headphones started off well with good battery life and comfort, but the failure of the main button within only 4 weeks of usage meant that these headphones are not built to last. I had high hopes for these but unfortunately they've left me and my son very disappointed.Excellent quality ideal for my 7 year old grandson
