I have small, sensitive ears and these open-ear headphones are exactly what I was looking for. In in-ear earbuds I had been using caused my ears to ring after wearing. I had tried a different style of open-ear headphones and they really hurt my ears. I was so skeptical of trying a different style, but I so glad I did. This style is very comfortable. In addition, the sound quality is very good. I haven't used them in a loud setting yet, but they work well for at home. They allow me to still hear my surroundings, so I wouldn't consider them noise-cancelling. I would recommend these for people who have sensitive ears for sure!
