I just changed my prior stereo, also android for this one. Just plug and play.Carplay working excellent by wirelesss and cable.Sounds excellent with my aftermarket speakersWifi and BT signal is excellent. Great deviceUpdate: I was having the no sound issue from Bluetooth or any other app like most other people are but the radio worked just fine. Well, my 02 Tahoe is factory amped and I had the blue antenna wire hooked up to my amp wire which I found out is wrong but it worked sometimes but it didn't work more times than it actually did. So after dealing with this for over a week I finally realized what I did wrong. I looked at one of the other wire harnesses that came with the stereo and one wire said amp cont so I hooked that up and there was no sound at all but you have to swipe down on the top of the screen and turn on the amplifier button and BOOM! Problem solved. I have sound full time from any app I have. Hope this helps someone.Over all its not a terrible stereo. The Spotify app AND the Bluetooth are hit or miss whether they'll play any sound at all and it's super annoying. The radio will play sound 100% of the time though. Apps are slow to load and everything is rather slow to download. Even downloading music on Spotify takes about 20 seconds per song and I even pulled my vehicle about 8' from my router. Might keep it, but might buy a different one and just send this back. If it would play music 100% of the time no matter what I was doing then I could live with everything else.One week using it and works well, the audio with carplay it’s better than the one of the radio.Carplay, wired and wireless works perfect!The connection to carplay is fast!Its a good radio except the hot spot wifi keepa booting you out once u connect. Arter a few mins it will just simply.unpair from my device for no reason at all. I have Verizon so I have service pretty much everywhere the lowest I get this for bars out of 5 so I know it's not my connection that boots me. Also when you do this screen mirror via Wi-Fi hotspot, the app that you have to download doesn't work well at all. Takes forever to finally get it to connect to screen share screen and once you do at last 4 maybe 5 minutes tops before it boots you out and it says your device is not connected. But other than that the radio is great many features and options. But that's kind of the reason I got this kind is because of the Wi-Fi hotspot so I can watch my team's playing while I'm at work on the weekend on my break or something. But with this issue and kind of defeats the purpose. In my opinion I would not re buy this item oh, I would definitely go with one that has more Wi-Fi hotspot connection friendly, where it doesn't boot you every 5 minutes. And would gladly pay a little more to assure that I will not be kicked out of my own hotspot for no reason. Really bummed out about that one obviously as you can tell I am not happy about this issue hence the three stars. The company definitely needs to figure out where the problem is cuz I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issueStereo worked perfect but had a malfunction. Talked to their warranty department and sent was a new with no hassle. Customer support was awesome. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy product from this company!!! ??????????What I like about this product is seller was helpful and responsive. I got a stereo that didn’t work however the seller sent another at no cost and I’m very happy. One thing to point out is there are a couple steps to get the CarPlay to work. You get what you paid for and I’m happy it does the basics needs of CarPlay.Install was a snap. Has so many options it seems endless on what I can do. Make phone calls, watch movies, listen to music, plus it makes backing up much easier with the backup camera.Just installed into 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Install was fairly easy. The only issues I have, is I can't connect to Android Auto via the USB and also the volume is really loud on volume 1. If there is a fix for these couple things I would love it.
